A few months ago, 100 ACRE FILMS got the call to do a short infographic animation video for a client needing a video at a tradeshow. They also wanted it to be able to be used on their website to highlight some of their services. It needed to be short and eye catching, but still get their information across in a way that someone walking by a tradeshow booth could quickly watch it (without audio) and know their message.
Working from a script and graphic storyboard the client provided, our animator, DJ, broke up all the graphic elements they sent, and built out each of the scenes. We sent the client several music choices, and they chose the one they liked the best. That needed to lock that in first so we had a guide track to edit and animate to.
We went through about 4 versions of the video, each one becoming more and more refined, with little tweaks from the client in each one.
